Battle in the 17th?
Shaun points to a lot of speculation about an opening in the 17th district.
And word has it that Edd Houck has been offered AND accepted a position in the Kaine administration. 4:11PM EDIT - Multiple sources are saying that this is a done deal, Houck will be in Richmond under Kaine.
Names being tossed around as potential contenders for the seat are Spotsylvania Supervisor Chris Yakabouski, YR’s Jay Hughes, Houck’s potential handpicked successor Ed Scott, former challenger Rob Stuber, even Mark Jarvis.
And one other.
Senator Kenney has a better ring to it than Delegate Kenney, don’t you think?
