You can smell the North Carolina wildfires up here in Richmond. The haze is from it too. I was wondering what I was smelling all the way from Bryan Park to WoB.

I feel silly now. My neighbors and I all called 911 this morning to report smoke in Battery Park but we had no idea where it was coming from other than guessing North Ave….

Well, it looks like you weren’t alone.
It smells more like burning plastic than anything else, was a little disconcerting but I thought maybe I was just smelling things.
