RIP Bennigan’s and Steak & Ale
Bennigan’s and Steak & Ale have filed for bankruptcy. While Bennigan’s is no big loss (expensive box store that serves the same stuff as every other one, though I do feel bad for Butters) I had heard good things about Steak & Ale but haven’t had a chance to go. Ah well.
Reminds me of the SNL skit where Steve Forbes played a roofer and he and the others were talking about going to P.J. O’Dooloheys or something like that.

I worked theree for six years. Bastards never gave us a chance to find other jobs before they closed. I found out 4 hours after they closed thier doors.
Sarah – That SUCKS. You’d think they’d try to give you all a heads up for your sake, but I guess bottom line is more important than employees…
