VCU is going to have its monthly siren test today.  Not sure if the media turnout will be similar to the last few times, but there’s currently a helicopter circling the campus.  Though that might be more tied to the excitement at University of Richmond yesterday than anything else.

The Russians aren’t coming!  From VCU:
This is a reminder that at noon tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 6, VCU will conduct a test of emergency sirens on its Monroe Park and MCV Campuses. Ten sirens will wail for two minutes, pause for about a minute, and then sound a one-minute “all-clear” even tone to end the test.
